some questions you may have:

when is the remainder of my balance for the trip due?: the remainder of your payment is due 90 days before our retreat. You can send your remaining balance in full, or in payments over time by October 28, 2021. Your remaining balance was included in the first email we sent you.

where do I send the rest of my balance?: Venmo, @Annie_leeks

which airport do I fly into?: we suggest Rafael Hernández International Airport, in Aguadilla. It is about a 20 minute drive to the Harmony Villa. We recommend you book your flight as soon as possible.

what should I do about airport transportation?: you can uber or taxi from the airport. the ride is under 20 minutes.

what is my refund policy?: There is a 90 day refund policy, we suggest you purchase travel insurance for the full price of your trip. You will receive a refund within 90 days of the trip if we are able to fill your spot only! If there is a shut down based on COVID, we will only issue refunds based on what refunds the hosts receive, which are not fully guaranteed.

will I need to submit forms regarding to covid-19?: we ask that you submit either a negative covid test from within 30 days of our departure or a copy of your vaccine card to retreats@manukamovement.com. We promise to protect your privacy.

If you are not able to attend the trip because you have contract COVID-19, you will not be issued a refund. You will have to use your travel insurance to become reimbursed.
